Salary: £13,000 - 21,000 per year
Requirements: We hold, or are expected to achieve, a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM discipline.We are UK nationals due to the nature of client work.We demonstrate an interest in software development and emerging technologies.We have exposure to at least one programming language.We are strong problem solvers with analytical thinking skills.We enjoy working collaboratively within teams.We possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We are willing to travel and participate in the overseas placement element of the program.We have the right to work in the UK upon completion of the program. Responsibilities: We undertake the program at our Centre of Excellence in India from October to 18 December.We work alongside experienced engineers, consultants, and agile coaches in a collaborative learning environment.We participate in structured training and practical project experience as part of the Global Immersion Program.We develop skills across software engineering, cloud and DevOps, quality engineering, agile delivery, consulting and client skills, and industry and governance awareness.We may complete a capstone project as part of the program.We may transition into a permanent Graduate Software Engineer role with us in the UK, subject to business requirements and right-to-work eligibility.
