Salary: £33,000 - 73,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for someone with around 1–2 years experience within IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk or a similar technical support position.We need good knowledge of Windows, including basic installation, configuration and troubleshooting.We require experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Outlook.We would like familiarity with Jira or another IT ticketing system.macOS support experience would be advantageous.We are looking for strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.We need excellent communication and customer service skills.You should be comfortable managing multiple tickets and competing priorities.You must be able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.You should be happy working full-time from either our London or Milton Keynes office. Responsibilities: We provide first-line technical support via ticketing systems, phone, chat and face-to-face.We monitor and manage a busy IT support queue.We troubleshoot Windows devices, with some exposure to macOS.We support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoom and other business applications.We log, categorise and prioritise support tickets.We resolve common Tier 1 technical issues remotely.We escalate more complex issues to Tier 2, Tier 3 or specialist teams.We identify urgent or business-critical issues and ensure they are prioritised appropriately.We maintain accurate ticket notes and provide clear handovers to other support teams.We support users across different countries and time zones.
