Salary: £89,000 - 96,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience in leading the development of enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.Strong expertise in solution architecture, data modelling, application lifecycle management, testing, deployment, and governance.A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to operate autonomously and demonstrate ownership of development activities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities: Lead the technical development, configuration, and integration of the solution in accordance with the Solution Design Document (SDD).Translate approved business requirements into scalable functionality, workflows, data models, interfaces, and reporting.Take ownership of the end-to-end development activity, ensuring a hands-on approach throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with the Business Architect and key stakeholders to deliver the approved roadmap and accelerate development.Maintain adherence to governance requirements and establish a scalable, maintainable solution that mitigates dependency on any single resource.Rapidly assess the current state of the application, provide technical leadership, and drive development activities through implementation.
