Salary: £24,000 - 60,000 per year

Responsibilities: We will provide 3rd line support for our global Data and Voice Network Infrastructure, Platforms, Servers, and Systems.We will play key roles in migrations and deployments to support our cloud-smart approach.We will provide comprehensive support for our physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, e-mail, telephony, and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.We will provide professional support so that our clients receive consistently excellent services.We will follow Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management procedures aligned to the ITIL framework.We will support, operate, and manage the delivery of operational platforms, hardware, operating systems, and core technologies, including provisioning, documentation, and maintenance.We will assist with escalations from the out-of-hours support team when IT operations expertise is required, following an on-call rota.We will maintain and develop the integrity and security of all components across network and operational platforms, including data.We will work with suppliers and other IT services teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products to the firm.We will contribute to testing processes and support infrastructure for internally or externally developed applications and implementations.We will stay aware of advances in technology, new software applications, and new hardware to advise other employees.We will create and maintain records, knowledge articles, documentation, reports, and processes with a high level of accuracy.
