Salary: £46,000 - 86,000 per year
Requirements: Demonstrable experience setting up and configuring enterprise estate monitoring tools such as CloudWatch and LogicMonitor.Good experience working with corporate enterprise infrastructure.Experience working with firewalls, cloud technologies, and enterprise networks.Experience working as part of a team delivering IT infrastructure projects.Attention to detail.Good interpersonal skills.Collaborative team player.Assertive and driven.Ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.High energy and a desire to succeed. Responsibilities: We will oversee our networking infrastructure to ensure our offices, remote workers, cloud datacentres, and phone systems stay securely connected.We will operate, monitor, and fine tune alerting systems within our cloud environment to reduce false positives and streamline alerts.We will work alongside our Network, Cloud, and Comms specialist functions to deliver BAU, project change, and documentation.We will proactively learn our infrastructure, including cloud and physical environments, to SME level.We will support other team members and provide cover where required.We will act as an advisory consultant in selected key fields to our internal customers.We will assist with troubleshooting infrastructure services during incident declarations.We will help operations teams understand our infrastructure environment.
