Salary: £37,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: 20+ years of relevant experience, including a proven track record of managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams at a top consulting firm or software vendor.Proven ability to think strategically, guiding our team to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of navigating complex negotiations and presenting to C-level executives.Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, data operations, automation capabilities, and data-related languages (SQL, Python, etc.).Ability to comfortably switch from discussing high-level architecture strategy to understanding hands-on demo environments.Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow), cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent in an Information Technology-related field.Fluency in English is required; an additional language such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a strong advantage.Celonis certifications and extensive leadership experience managing projects with OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines are preferred.Industry standard certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP, ESB / ETL (Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, Informatica), or TOGAF/Zachmann are preferred.Experience spanning at least two domains and at least two industries is preferred. Responsibilities: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects who define the overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for our largest client accounts.Act as an executive sponsor in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, presenting strategic visions to C-level executives and engaging with customer Architecture and security teams.Guide our team to design architectures that drive enterprise modernization, leverage capability mapping, and explore innovative solutions using emergent technologies like Agentic AI.Serve as the leadership bridge between our product and engineering teams and client teams to ensure the delivery of premier technical services.Oversee the assessment of the IT landscape maturity of our customer installed base and ensure our team coaches account teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.Direct the development of re-usable assets for projects, as well as customer-facing position papers and thought leadership presentations on architecture and innovation with Celonis.
