Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year
Requirements: Significant SAP MM/PP experience is required.SAP ECM, QM, and PM experience is desired.A BA/BS degree is desirable, but practical experience and expertise are essential.Proven software systems experience.Proven understanding of database applications, system development, report writing, and SAP ERP.Production support and project experience.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of SAP best practices.Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.Ability to interact with all levels and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision. Responsibilities: Analyze complex business problems using SAP ECC and S/4 HANA and other associated business applications.Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective systems and procedures that improve business performance and meet user requirements.Configure system settings and options.Plan and execute unit and integration testing.Create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.Translate user requests into application system solutions.Analyze system user requirements to define, design, and implement system configuration, enhancements, and modifications.Resolve business issues by working with system users, management, consultants, and software support staff.Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex SAP processes and procedures for configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.Define requirements for specific forms and reports.Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results with business functional leads.Coordinate end-user training documentation and train end users as required.Perform detailed analysis of business practices, processes, and scenarios.Redesign procedures to align with best business practices and SAP functionality.Utilize query and reporting tools to provide timely information to system users.Coordinate project management functions for user groups, including organizing, planning, scheduling, communicating, tracking accountability, documenting, monitoring, evaluating, problem solving, and providing technical assistance.May support and maintain non-SAP applications or systems.Participate in the creation and enforcement of IT software standards and procedures.Maintain the helpdesk database of reported problems and the knowledgebase of corrective actions.
