We are the Firmwide developer tools group, MSDE, and we shape the SDLC within Morgan Stanley by implementing the tools, systems, and processes used by more than 25,000 developers for software development and deployment. This is a hands-on Developer Engagement Lead role at VP level within our Technology division, sitting at the intersection of software engineering, developer experience, and AI coding tool adoption. We work closely with engineering teams, platform owners, risk partners, and senior technology leaders to scale adoption across the firm.
