Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive Salesforce development and engineering experience.Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform architecture.Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.Financial Services or Asset Management experience preferred.Applicants legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship preferred. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions within our Asset Management environment.Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.Develop integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.Mentor engineers and contribute to platform strategy, standards, and technical excellence. We are a leading Asset Management platform based in London, and this role is hybrid with 3 days working onsite as mandatory. The position is available on an immediate start basis and may be offered as permanent, contract inside IR35, or fixed term contract.
