Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with extensive knowledge of Citrix, Windows OS, Office365, Intune, Fidessa, Bloomberg, Cisco Telephony, and basic network knowledge.We are looking for proven experience supporting Windows Server, Windows 10/7, Group Policy, Active Directory, Citrix XenApp, UMS Admin, mobile devices (Apple), Mac support, Intune Admin, telephony, Azure, printers, thin clients (HP and IGEL), desk setup, Bloomberg, Fidessa, Microsoft Office, Uniflow Print Server, IPC, and Cisco Telephony.We are looking for knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks and technologies, as well as leased lines.We are looking for effective time management skills, including the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize daily business and IT projects.We are looking for flexibility for occasional weekend work and out-of-hours support, with willingness to travel to support our conferences. Responsibilities: We diagnose software and hardware issues and work toward technical fix solutions over the phone, remotely, or in person at the desk side.We provide internal technical support for all IT workplace-related requests.We work across a broad range of technologies and liaise across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems, and requests.We answer IT requests via tickets in ServiceNow, phone, email, live chat, or instant message, and explain solutions in technical and non-technical terms.We support the business onsite, by phone, and remotely with comprehensive issue resolutions.We provide IT support at offsite conferences.We perform administrative tasks in IT systems.We participate in IT projects, including mobile device migration projects.
