Salary: £52,000 - 62,400 per year
Requirements: We are seeking 5–10 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, feature configuration, and ISO 14229 (UDS).We need proficiency in Embedded C/C++, QNX, and MATLAB/Simulink.We need hands-on experience with Trace32, CANape, Vector tools, JIRA, and Git.We need strong debugging and code-level root cause analysis skills, including Fishbone and 8D methods.We need knowledge of configuration management and the software lifecycle.We need excellent collaboration and communication skills.Experience in automotive diagnostics and feature configuration is preferred. Responsibilities: We will develop, configure, integrate, and validate automotive diagnostics and feature configuration software.We will perform issue triage, debugging, vehicle testing, and software integration.We will support diagnostic configuration, functionality, and SIMS triage.We will investigate software defects, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.We will author and review software requirements using structured methods such as EARS.We will collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.We will maintain software configuration and change management processes.We will support verification, validation, and release activities.
