Salary: £44,000 - 84,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for a proactive and analytical reliability data engineer, or graduate reliability data engineer, to join our Reliability team within QRS.You should have a passion for data, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.You should be comfortable working with large datasets and have strong analytical skills.You should be able to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for action.You should enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the business and communicating insights clearly.You should combine technical capability with curiosity, using initiative to investigate data and support informed decision-making.Degree qualification (Bachelors level or above), preferably in Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another technical discipline.Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or reliability environment.Knowledge or certification relating to data analytics, Power BI, AI tools, or Microsoft Copilot.Experience creating automated dashboards and reporting solutions.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Responsibilities: Transform complex reliability and operational data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.Use data analytics, reporting tools, and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot to identify trends and automate reporting.Investigate performance issues and provide valuable information to stakeholders across the organisation.Support business decisions through analysis of reliability and operational data.Collaborate with colleagues across the business to communicate insights in a clear and meaningful way.
