Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year
Requirements: We need a strong technical background and a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.We need 5–8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, Authorization Management, and Reporting, with expertise in the Netherlands or UK payroll.We need experience translating complex business requirements into technical design, and performing unit testing, UAT, and regression testing for SAP HR system changes.We need expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, retroactive accounting, tax calculations, SAP HR patch updates, and year-end tax updates.We need a basic understanding of the SAP S/4HANA integration landscape, Workday, payroll, benefits, and SAP Finance.We need experience with HR reporting tools such as SAP Ad Hoc Query and SAP HR Reporting.We need a basic understanding of SAP HR security roles and authorizations, GDPR, SOX compliance, and legal regulations for data security.SAP S/4HANA Payroll certification is a bonus.We need strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with SAP Notes and system debugging, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.We need strong stakeholder management, escalation management, coaching, and mentoring skills. Responsibilities: We lead and implement enhancements and support for SAP S/4HANA Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll.We act as the technology expert providing solutions to People Services, Financial Systems, Risk teams, and other stakeholders.We review project designs, perform impact assessments, and own solutions for cross-functional and delivery impacts.We partner with Financial Systems, IT Services, Security & Privacy teams, implementation partners, and technical vendors to deliver technology solutions.We participate in SAP S/4HANA technology functional development and collaborate with technical vendors, customer networks, user groups, and forums.We review and coordinate SAP S/4HANA support packages, releases, and release testing.We provide end-to-end solutions for functional requirements after assessing design, architecture, and user experience.We perform unit testing, regression testing, and support UAT for projects and support activities.We perform root cause analysis for incidents and propose long-term scalable fixes.We ensure payroll processes are completed without errors or inconsistencies from a technical perspective.We drive system stability, enhancements delivery, and process optimization for SAP HR.We manage compliance activities such as SOx ITGC controls, data privacy standards, and IT change management for SAP HR S/4HANA.We maintain configuration design documentation and provide input for business manuals.We maintain SAP HR tenant strategy, release management, and system upgrades in close collaboration with Financial Systems.We coach and mentor Technical Specialists in the team to ensure scalable, timely delivery aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.We collaborate with colleagues while living our values: Think Customer First, Succeeding together, Own It, Learn Forever, and Do the Right Thing.
