Requirements: Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Windows desktop PCs.Strong customer service skills.Confident engaging with our internal and external customers to resolve issues.GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.ICT qualification at grade 4 or above.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Methodical and accurate, with strong attention to detail.Able to plan and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment. We are Yeovil College, and this is a fixed-term IT Technician Apprentice role for up to 18 months. This is a full-time position of 37 hours per week, all year round.
