Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year
Requirements: Masters Degree in Statistics (or equivalent) plus a minimum of 3 years industry experience, or PhD in Statistics (or equivalent) plus 1 year of industry related experienceThorough understanding of the statistical aspects of clinical trials and/or observational studiesExperience in statistical analysis in a clinically related subject, within clinical trialsSAS programming or R programming skills (desired)Confidence, self-reliance, and the ability to learn quickly while working in a matrixed teamGood leadership skillsStrong oral and written English communication skillsStrong work ethic to support the development of life-changing treatments for patients Responsibilities: Independently lead the development and execution of statistical aspects for studies of low to moderate complexityDevelop complex analysis strategies and execute them using efficient programming techniquesPerform intricate statistical analyses and provide input to statistical reportsCollaborate on global, cross-functional teamsProvide input to analysis plans, statistical reports, and statistical sections of integrated clinical reportsAct as a proactive advisor across the project life cycle, from proposal through completionReview analysis data sets and quality control statistical analysis deliverablesLiaise with biostatistical and other company departments to optimize global efficiencyCoordinate biostatistics-related project activities to meet timelines and budgetCoordinate with clients regarding data analysis, scope of work, and budgetTranslate scientific questions into statistical terms and statistical concepts into layman terms Technologies: SupportSASMobileNetwork More:
