About this role

Salary: £32,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements: Proven experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and GMP-regulated computerised systems within a regulated environment.A degree in a relevant field or HNC/HND would be advantageous.Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, software and end-user support.Proven direct line management experience, with a strong track record of leadership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day IT Support operations, ensuring reliable, high-performing services and systems across the business.Manage and develop the IT Support team, prioritising workloads and ensuring timely resolution of incidents, requests and user issues.Ensure IT operations remain compliant with GxP, Data Integrity, Information Security, validation and change control requirements.Own and continuously improve ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge and Major Incident Management.Oversee IT hardware, software, collaboration platforms, asset lifecycle management and operational procurement activities.Manage third-party suppliers and service providers, ensuring agreed service levels, compliance and delivery commitments are achieved.Drive cyber security, identity and access management, business continuity and disaster recovery activities, including audit and inspection support.Monitor service performance through KPIs and customer feedback, championing continuous improvement, automation and a customer-focused support culture.
