Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year
Requirements: Deep information security expertise across information security domains, including risk management, security operations, and incident response.Strong understanding of security regulations, frameworks, and internal controls, particularly within complex, regulated environments.Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of security best practice across an organisation.Demonstrated experience leading security initiatives and projects through full lifecycle delivery across enterprise environments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across IT, business leadership, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of global information security strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and local operational needs.Act as the primary liaison between global Information Security and our IT and business teams, embedding security into core business processes and decision-making.Identify emerging vulnerabilities, assess risk impacts, and drive effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with global security leadership.Oversee detection, response, and resolution of security incidents, ensuring adherence to global policies and regulatory requirements.Provide oversight and leadership to security teams and initiatives, delivering reporting, insights, and assurance to senior leadership, regulators, and enterprise risk functions.
