Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year
Requirements: We require a bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience and 6+ years of professional business experience with a track record of accomplishments in data-related fields such as Enterprise Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Data Quality, or Data Management.We require knowledge of data governance principles and industry best practices.We require an understanding of core data concepts, including data quality and data usage, and how they impact our business.We require the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities.We require self-motivation, discipline, organization, and attention to detail.We require strong project management and coordination skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and manage multiple projects.We require an understanding of the Commercial Real Estate and Property Management industry.We require experience dealing with internal and external customers and service providers.We require the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts quickly to achieve desired business results.We value resilience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: We are responsible for data governance initiatives such as metadata management and analysis of Capital Markets data to propose quality rules and data standards that improve overall data quality.We work with business owners to define needs.We quickly understand and explore various data models, evaluate and document business processes, and communicate findings and recommendations with leadership.We provide detailed analysis and recommendations for data governance program enhancements to JLLT teams that support the business communities.We interface with data platform owners, business line liaisons, data governance experts, and subject matter experts to document current scope, desired future state, and strategic roadmap.We guide data ownership teams to establish data governance on each service line.We propose data quality rules, profile data, analyze current data quality results, and compare findings to business requirements to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities.We review existing data standards at various levels of the organization.We assist in classifying standards, defining and recording relevant attributes, and documenting the data standards landscape.We partner with Capital Markets product and engineering teams in the kickoff and management of data ownership governing bodies.We develop business requirements documents for business needs and proposed enhancements to data governance components.We drive awareness and adoption of a data-sharing culture.We partner with Enterprise Data Governance peers to provide training and education documents relating to data quality, data standards, and data stewardship.We document business processes and standard operating procedures for data life-cycle governance and stewardship activities.
