Salary: £30,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Public Health or a related field is required; a graduate degree is desired.Consulting experience in the delivery of health and benefits strategy topics such as plan design, benefit modernization, flexible benefits, workforce health, or plan member communication is preferred.Experience in public health and/or consulting in employer-sponsored health and benefits is preferred.Experience in product ownership or product management, preferably with global digital applications or consulting solutions, is preferred.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap development is preferred.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Ability to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed in a fast-paced environment.Ability to think strategically and understand how the solution will provide value to our clients, local markets, and MMB Advisory.Comfortable with both quantitative data and qualitative insights.Experience working across time zones and geographies, with sensitivity to regional differences.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and navigate ambiguity with autonomy.Fluent in health and benefits terminology, written and verbal.Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheets, and Qualtrics.Ability to interpret thought leadership, research, and benchmarking data to extract key insights and create compelling data visualizations. Responsibilities: Identify market needs and partner with colleagues across regions to understand client challenges and emerging trends.Conduct market research using internal intellectual capital, such as Health on Demand research, and external sources including industry reports.Integrate external research and literature reviews into outcomes-based initiatives that drive value.Support agile product development sprints from problem definition through business case development, including market analysis, solution design, financial modeling, and go-to-market piloting.Collaborate with subject matter experts to build solutions by gathering intellectual capital and capabilities from around the globe and standardizing them into a best-practice solution.Support the definition of global best practices into templated solution sales templates, delivery guides, project plans, and pricing tools.Support training on tools with multinational, regional, and local advisory teams.Support local market enablement by serving as the liaison between global leadership, local teams, and the Advice & Solutions group.Collaborate with marketing and local stakeholders on internal and external launch campaigns and raise awareness of BYSB.Support BYSB training and upskill consultants on the solution and feature updates.Support KPI adoption tracking and reporting.Collaborate with key stakeholders across geographies and business lines, including key clients.
