About this role

Salary: £25,000 - 47,000 per year

Requirements: DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance is required.Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.Cloud Architecture/Design experience.Cloud Migration experience.Cloud Deployment experience.Software Development for Cloud experience.Agile Methodologies experience.Experience utilising AWS cloud services, including compute and appropriate managed services.Expertise in developing for cloud, with experience in iterative full-stack development in languages such as node.js or Python.Experience delivering Kubernetes or AWS EKS solutions.Experience managing infrastructure-as-code, for example using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Experience managing or mentoring more junior colleagues.Some experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins is desirable.Experience automating management and maintenance activities to support BAU tasks in complex systems environments is desirable.Familiarity with micro-service and container-based deployment strategies, and a zero trust authorization model is desirable.Some experience migrating on-prem solutions to AWS is desirable.Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP is desirable. Responsibilities: Be hands-on in the build and development of world-class secure cloud-based solutions as part of an agile delivery team.Lead the design of cloud solutions.Work directly with our customers to understand their requirements.Work with support teams to enable management and monitoring of cloud-based systems, and their ongoing support.Provide third-line support to deployed cloud-based solutions.Line manage several more junior members of the team and assist in their professional development.
