Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM)Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2)Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial deliveryDeep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope controlExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmesAct as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationshipsDefine and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomesLead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellenceDevelop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to our MAXIMISE methodologyDrive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levelsProactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change controlTake ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&LCoordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignmentSupport pre-sales and business development activities Technologies: AWSCloudERPSupportOracleAI More:
