Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year
Requirements: We require 5+ years of experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills, including SQL and Python.We require experience conducting regular A/B tests and causal analyses to determine the impact of product changes on defined metrics.We require experience partnering with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs and monitor the impact of new product features on conversion, stickiness, and engagement.We require strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and know when to say yes or no to maximise impact.We require a bias to action and the ability to identify what needs to be done and make it happen.We require the ability to take ambiguous, open-ended problems, structure them, and solve them with a focus on the most impactful opportunities.We consider experience delivering high-quality data and self-serve analytics using tools like Airflow, dbt, and Looker to be nice to have.We consider practical experience using AI and machine learning techniques and building predictive models to be nice to have.We consider knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem to be nice to have. Responsibilities: We provide dedicated analytical capacity to drive our most critical workstreams within the Send tribe, with a focus on high-volume customers.We help understand what our customers need, pinpoint where their experience breaks down, and focus the team on solving their most critical challenges.We bridge the gap between data and product strategy to make our product more predictable and build trust for customers moving significant capital.We lead insight generation and impact tracking to improve verification and predictability, including clarifying documentation requirements and removing friction from the transfer process.We help look around the corner to determine what the team should focus on next to make the verification journey seamless.We analyse how we can improve response times and service quality so customers feel supported throughout their journey.We help define the strategy for scaling support operations and identify which customer segments require more specialised attention to prevent churn.We operate on the principle that To Fix is to Grow by improving product reliability and service efficiency to influence retention and unlock growth.
