Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience building low latency trading systems in C++11 or above.Hands-on experience with Smart Order Routing and Market Data.A track record of writing performance-sensitive, multithreaded applications.Proven experience with code profiling and tuning under tight latency constraints.C++14 experience is a bonus but not essential.Experience with Smart Order Routing is required to be considered for this role. Responsibilities: Design, build, and refine ultra-low latency software used in live front-office environments.Work across the full software stack.Collaborate with high-performing market data teams to create systems that compete at nanosecond scale.Architect new systems from scratch or tune performance-critical loops.Make technical decisions, take ownership, and mentor others.
