Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year
Requirements: We require 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or Solution Architect experience, including experience with $1 million+ opportunities, and a track record of aligning technical solutions with complex business challenges.We require hands-on software development and application security experience.We require exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure security objections and build rapport with executive leadership.We require a deep technical understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps ecosystems.We require direct experience with agentic software development and building AI-native applications.We require experience leading cross-functional teams on key projects and the ability to create alignment, rally resources, and delight stakeholders.Experience working with Financial and Insurance organizations is a bonus. Responsibilities: We partner closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on large deals, progress deals of all sizes, address customer technical concerns through deep-dive sessions, and work with sales leaders to drive revenue through new sales campaigns and removal of deal-specific roadblocks.We create big-picture solution architecture grounded in technical realities and business value realization strategies, gain stakeholder alignment, and own that architecture into post-sales.We leverage our technical expertise to unblock pre-sales and post-sales account teams behind the scenes and contribute to the global Solutions Engineering community of practice through mentorship and influence.We capture, distill, and prioritize field feedback, share it with the Product team, and build productive relationships with engineering and product teams to address gaps, strengthen capabilities, and help steer product direction.We create and confidently deliver innovative content and technical presentations on product positioning, differentiators, and best practices for Snykers, business partners, and customers, including speaking to large audiences in-person and virtually.
