Requirements: 2+ years of Salesforce and Certinia administration, ideally in a business services industry, or equivalent consulting experienceStrong experience supporting Certinia PSA and Certinia Accounting (FFA) or similar PSA/ERP systemsGood understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including billing, revenue, journals, project financials, and GLAStrong hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flowsHands-on configuration experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Analytics Studio, or Tableau CRMExperience analysing and resolving automation conflicts and technical debtExperience within support team and client-facing roles, managing users and day-to-day issues through to resolutionAbility to work independently, within teams, and cross-functionally with excellent communication skillsOutstanding attention to detail and enjoyment of project ownershipStrong logical reasoning and problem-solving skillsSalesforce declarative configuration to expert level, including Lightning UIExperience supporting orgs with 200+ usersExperience delivering change and release management best practices and sandbox managementExperience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with DataLoader or equivalent ETL toolsAbility to effectively prioritise competing requests while managing user expectationsExcellent listening, oral, and written communication skillsTeam playerFluent in EnglishSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) desirableAdvanced Salesforce Flow architecture and best practices desirableFurther Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder desirableExperience working within a complex Salesforce org desirableExperience leading, supporting, or mentoring junior Administrator(s) desirableHands-on configuration experience with Conga and/or DocuSign desirableBA or Project Management certifications desirableBachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business analysis/change management, or related field desirableWe will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance, and as part of onboarding you will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard Responsibilities: Participate in discovery sessions and workshops with business process stakeholders and users to gather or update solution requirements and perform gap analysis between Salesforce capabilities and enhancement needsAnalyse user stories and translate them into deliverable working solutions and complete test scenariosLead or assist with the design, development, testing, and delivery of functional solutions within Salesforce, prioritising scalable, declaratively developed solutionsParticipate in user acceptance testing sessionsDeliver user trainingCreate relevant user and administrator documentation to support solution rolloutsProvide 2nd line Salesforce BAU supportMonitor the internal ticketing system to ensure business queries are addressed in a timely mannerSupport or mentor a junior administrator where relevantTackle technical debt, including rationalisation and optimisation of existing automationDesign, build, and maintain complex record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flowsIdentify data quality issues and manage resolution of such instancesSupport Finance and Accounts teams with troubleshooting of Certinia PSA and Accounting (FFA) related issuesInvestigate financial data discrepancies, including revenue recognition, billing, project financials, and accounting postingsWork closely with Finance stakeholders to improve financial processes within Salesforce and CertiniaIdentify opportunities to recommend scalable technical and/or third-party solutions to the Salesforce roadmap Technologies: CRMETLERPFlowSupportSalesforceSecurityTableauUX UI DesignMarketing More:
