Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year
Requirements: Significant experience as a cloud / AI / ML solution architect designing production AI/ML platforms and workloads on AWS, or in a multi-cloud environment with strong AWS depthDeep understanding of AI/ML solution patterns, including data pipelines, training, inference, monitoring, and MLOps, and how they map onto AWS services such as SageMaker, Batch, Step Functions, EKS/ECS, and data lake componentsProven ability to take research and prototype environments to enterprise-ready architectures, balancing speed, robustness, and long-term maintainabilityStrong background in cloud security, networking, and cost optimisation for AI/ML workloadsExcellent stakeholder skills, with the ability to translate business objectives and programme pressures into clear architectural decisions and technical direction for engineering teamsExperience as an AWS ArchitectKnowledge of the AWS Well Architected FrameworkLinux experience with RHEL or CentOS and BashUnderstanding of DevOps and DevSecOps methodologiesAWS certifications at Associate and Professional level preferredSecurity experience preferredHands-on technical experience preferredExperience with at least one software development language such as Python, NodeJS, Java, or .Net preferredExperience with CDK, TypeScript, or Terraform preferredInterest in mentoring and developing others preferred Responsibilities: Assist in implementing and supporting large-scale cloud implementations on Amazon AWSArchitect and implement cloud solutions for different applicationsAutomate cloud operations and cloud deploymentsEnhance cloud capability by creating and implementing cloud application patternsDevelop and implement ways to move apps and workloads to the cloudWork closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patternsMonitor compliance of cloud resources to ensure they fit industry guardrails and best practicesResearch and propose solutions for AWS data transformation, data connections, operational frameworks, and application integrationWork closely with lead architects and engineers to create and maintain architectural templates and build/operational artefactsWork with DevOps and engineering teams to develop solutionsSupport Version 1 proposals with technical expertiseProvide thought leadership Technologies: AIAWSArchitectBashCloudDevSecOpsDevOpsSupportJavaLinuxMLOpsNodeJSOraclePythonRHELSecurityTerraformTypeScriptASP.NETEmbeddedOutSystemsSnowflakeWeb More:
