Salary: £78,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in solution design or integration with direct client interaction in a SaaS-based environment; Solutions Engineer experience is preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to deliver solution pitches and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesBA/BS/Masters degree in Computer Science or another technical fieldStrong understanding of systems integration concepts, API implementation (RESTful services), and relational databases (SQL)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience working closely with remote teamsAbility to learn and work with a variety of technological environments, including emerging technologies, methodologies, and cloud/IT solutionsAbility to multitask and work well under deadlines in a changing environmentPrevious experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operations is a strong advantage Responsibilities: Help clients understand the value and flexibility of our platform by explaining technical features and solving potential roadblocksWork with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, technical objections, and strategies to resolve integration challengesRecommend integration strategies and provide best-practice guidance to help customers successfully implement and optimize our platformAct as a technical focal point for client integrations, including demonstrating and prototyping integrations in merchant environmentsProvide ongoing education and technical support to current partners and integrated clientsStay current on our product features and roadmaps by participating in internal technical discussions and sharing client feedback with Product and R&DLead technology and integration discussions in both face-to-face and remote meetings with prospects and existing clientsBring client feedback, input, and requests back to our Product and R&D teams Technologies: APICloudSupportSQLDevOps More:
