Salary: £200,000 - 250,000 per year
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related fieldProven experience operating as a Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, or in an equivalent senior technical leadership roleAt least 5 years of experience in programming/coding, technical solution backend design, and delivery to clients or advertisersFamiliarity with one or more general programming languages, including Python, Go, Java, or C/C++Strong ability to collaborate, communicate, and manage advertising client and partner relationshipsDemonstrated ability to tailor presentations to the audiences technical level and comfort delivering technical topics to groups of any size or backgroundExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsPreferred: experience in advertising technology working with large-volume data analytics Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, production-grade solutions in collaboration with product engineering teams to meet evolving business and client needsAct as a technical leader and subject matter expert across the Solutions Engineering organization, providing architectural guidance and driving engineering excellenceApply our products and technology to identify, develop, and maximize new and existing commercial opportunities with advertising clientsCultivate close partnerships with the customer success team to identify business opportunities and support them in achieving business goalsDesign and build end-to-end systems and launch strategies, and deliver production-level code with long-term maintainability and scalability in mind, including documentation and test plansIdentify stakeholders independently and align cross-functional partners toward project completion goalsBuild and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholdersUse data to influence decision-making by presenting business value and impact Technologies: BackendSupportJavaMarketingPython More:
