Requirements: Minimum 3+ years experience in the alternative investment industry, ideally in operational due diligence, fund accounting, audit, or operationsStrong academic background (degree or equivalent)Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, or CAIA, or progress towards one is advantageousExcellent written communication skills with experience producing detailed reportsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsProactive and self-motivated approachWillingness to travel internationally where required Responsibilities: Conduct operational due diligence reviews of alternative investment managers across multiple asset classesAnalyse operational processes, identify risks, and recommend practical mitigation strategiesProduce clear, concise written reports for institutional clients, outlining findings and risk assessmentsPerform ongoing monitoring of assigned managers and update reports to reflect evolving risk profilesLead interviews and on-site meetings with investment managers to assess internal controls and infrastructureReview key documentation including financial statements, offering memoranda, and fund materialsCarry out reference checks with third-party service providersEngage with clients and investment managers to respond to due diligence queriesContribute to the enhancement of internal due diligence frameworks and methodologiesSupport broader business initiatives and project work related to investment due diligenceMentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the teamCollaborate across global teams and contribute to internal and external publicationsRepresent the firm at relevant industry events and support client engagement activity Technologies: Support More:
