Area: Greater Copenhagen & East Zealand, Denmark Your Responsibilities Lead, support and motivate cleaning staff Ensure quality and customer satisfaction Train and guide new employees Plan shifts and coordinate daily tasks Handle customer contact and quality checks Support new customer start-ups Solve unexpected challenges in a flexible and professional way We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Responsible, reliable and flexible Service-minded and positive Able to work independently and as part of a team Structured and able to keep an overview Comfortable working in a busy environment Motivated to develop as a leader Holding a Category B driving licence We Offer An exciting and varied position with opportunities for development, responsibility and career growth.
