Breakfast Service Employee – Front of House ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza is looking for a service‑minded and welcoming Breakfast Service Employee to join our Front of House team. You will be part of delivering a warm, professional start to the day for our guests in one of Copenhagen’s most iconic hotels, located right next to Tivoli Gardens. About the Role As a Breakfast Service Employee, you are the face of our breakfast restaurant. You ensure that guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their morning experience. You work closely with both the kitchen and service team to maintain a smooth, inviting and well‑organized breakfast service. Main Responsibilities Greeting guests and providing a warm, professional welcome Preparing, replenishing and maintaining the breakfast buffet Preparing coffee, tea and other beverages Clearing tables and keeping the dining area clean and orderly Ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety Collaborating with the FOH and kitchen team for seamless operations Your Profile Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage, but not required Positive, structured and guest‑focused Comfortable with early morning shifts Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus) Enjoys working in a dynamic, international team We Offer A part‑time position in a historic hotel in the heart of Copenhagen A friendly, supportive and international work environment Opportunities for development within Ligula Hospitality Group Staff benefits across the hotel group A workplace that values quality, guest experience and teamwork Working Hours Morning shifts primarily between 05:30 – 13:00 , including weekends according to schedule.
