We are currently looking for a: Auxiliares de Restauración Parque Faunia Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsable de atender a los clientes que acuden al negocio de Restauración, de acuerdo con la oferta gastronómica del punto de venta, con el fin de servir los pedidos en la cantidad y calidad requerida. • Preparar y servir los productos que solicitan los clientes. • Cobrar los productos servidos. • Preparar las áreas de trabajo para el servicio (barras, comedor, terrazas) • Realizar la atención directa al cliente para el consumo de comida y bebida según las directrices marcadas por el Responsable de Restauración. • Realizar preparaciones básicas de acuerdo con las instrucciones culinarias que le hayan sido encomendadas. Colaborar con el cocinero en la preparación, cocinado y presentación de alimentos cuando sea necesario. • Colocar y revisar el género para garantizar su buen estado. • Mantener limpio el establecimiento de acuerdo con las normas higiénicas marcadas. • Realizar las labores de limpieza de maquinaria, fogones y demás elementos de cocina. • Realizar inventarios a final de mes. • Cargar máquinas de botes de bebida.
