Job Description Summary: Summary: As a Table Games Floorperson, you play a vital role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of gaming tables during your shift. You train, supervise, and monitor dealers to ensure consistent adherence to approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Working closely with the Table Games Manager, you act as a key support to both leadership and frontline teams by maintaining operational excellence, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional guest service. Your leadership and attention to detail are essential in creating a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment that upholds the integrity and reputation of the casino Job Description: Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching table games dealers to promote strong performance, engagement, and service consistency

• Monitor and support daily table games operations to ensure alignment with company

• standards, gaming regulations, and guest service expectations

• Serve as a point of contact for resolving team member or guest concerns, escalating issues to the Shift Manager as needed

• Supervise the operation and ensure the integrity of assigned games

• Correct errors in payoffs and in the collection of losing bets

• Verify all fills and credits, marker issuance/redemptions, and all chip/cash transactions

• Monitor and verify the security of all gaming equipment, including cards and dice

• Monitor guest play and file player rating cards

• Issue complimentary meals or benefits as appropriate to qualified guests

• Notify shift manager of irregularities or compliance concerns

• Support the accurate completion of administrative functions, such as documentation review, game logs, and incident reports

• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations

• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in table games operations, including supervisory or lead-level responsibilities • Previous experience with all table games preferred • Ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support training, feedback, and conflict resolution • Ability to read and comprehend procedures, game documentation, and internal controls • Proficient in basic math, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs and shift schedules • Committed to upholding a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment • Basic understanding of department KPIs, labor management, or guest service standards • Ability to read and interpret operational procedures, and compliance-related documentation to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams Ready to make your next move the right one?
