As On-Site Senior Warehouse Attendant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Maintenance teams within a large manufacturing facility. This role is the lead material handler for 4 storage locations within the facility. Your work ensures a smooth, uninterrupted flow of materials, which helps keep the plant running efficiently every day. This role does not have direct reports. This role does have operational oversight and is process leader for a team of 12 Warehouse Attendants.
This position is 100% on-site, where your contributions have a visible and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
• Fill requests for MRO and indirect materials in the supply room • Serve as the walk-up customer contact for material needs • Locate materials using internal systems, part numbers, and product searches • Oversee inventory audits and investigate inventory discrepancies • Provide training and guidance to team members and create process documentation • Support Operational Improvements and drive change management for team • Perform inventory adjustments, transfers, and counts • Receive, verify, and manage incoming shipments • Set up stock locations for new parts • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to stock and deliver materials within the manufacturing facility. • Follow all company procedures, GMP standards, OSHA regulations, and customer safety requirements What You Bring
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility • A continuous improvement mindset • The ability to multitask and work independently • Exceptional attention to detail, especially with part numbers and specifications • Strong problem-solving skills • A solid customer service background • Excellent communication skills across departments and levels • Strong time management abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory software (SAP preferred) • Experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or MRO environments • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with MRO materials and components • Ability to move up to 100 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs. • Possess a valid driver's license Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
