About this role
Key Responsibilities: Engineering & Implementation • Design and deploy desktop images, configurations, and software packages. • Manage endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for patching, updates, and compliance. • Develop and maintain automation scripts for desktop provisioning and support. Support & Troubleshooting • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop issues. • Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems. • Collaborate with help desk and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless support. Security & Compliance • Ensure desktop environments comply with security policies and standards. • Implement endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability remediation. • Support audits and reporting related to desktop infrastructure. Project & Collaboration • Participate in IT projects involving desktop upgrades, migrations, and rollouts. • Work with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives. • Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing. • Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy. • Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF). • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

$200,000 - $245,000Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
