Job Description Summary As the Customer Account Analyst you will be joining a fast-paced environment as part of the GE HealthCare Service Operations team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals within the various areas of Service Operations, Field Service, Service Sales, Quality, and Finance. You will gain exposure supporting both Sales and Service, and assist the greater organization in achieving its annual goals and objectives as an active participant.
Job Description Key Responsibilities
• Handling external customer service inquiries (from hospitals and clinics throughout Canada)
• Drafting service agreements and quotes
• Entering service agreements into the CRM platform
• Working alongside and supporting internal customers (such as Service Management, Account Managers and Field Service Representatives)
• Maintaining and updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the GE Healthcare Customer Service Centre
• Billing reviews and invoicing
• Maintaining and tracking Service contracts for the region assigned
• Actively working with the Accounts Receivables and Finance departments to ensure timely closure of collections issues
Required Qualifications
• Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Strong influencing skills
• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, appropriate for a professional office setting
• Self-motivated with great willingness to learn multiple systems and processes
• Understanding of basic Financial principals
• Demonstrated quality experience in a Customer Service capacity
