Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, customer and regulatory requirements. • Develop, review and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, standards and quality records. • Plan and support internal audits, customer audits and certification audits, and drive corrective actions. • Investigate quality issues, non-conformities and product deviations, and lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities. • Manage customer complaints and product return investigations to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. • Support supplier/toller qualification, supplier/toller audits and supplier quality improvement programs . • Monitor supplier and toller quality performance and follow-up corrective and preventive actions. • Support customer quality reviews and provide quality-related technical support when required. • Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. • Participate in quality improvement and process optimization initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory and company requirements. • Oversee quality control testing activities, review laboratory results and support product release decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems or related quality functions within specialty chemicals, manufacturing or automotive industries. • Good knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 is an advantage. • Experience in quality audits, customer complaint handling, CAPA and root cause analysis. • Experience in supplier quality management and cross-functional quality improvement projects. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions. • Good command of spoken and written English. Quality-related certifications are a plus.
