Your responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order entry and fulfillment. • Verify customer, pricing, product, and delivery information before order release. • Maintain accurate order records and documentation in ERP. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Support process improvements to enhance order accuracy and operational efficiency. • Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and credit requests in accordance with company policies. • Quote Preparation for After Market Spare Orders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate sales order delivery dates in the ERP system at any point of time. • Maintain customer records and ensure all Customer details are up to date in ERP systems. • Maintain Sales Log and keep updating Merics for Review Meetings and Management submission. • New Customer creation in ERP System.
What you bring • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. • 5-6 years of experience in sales order processing, order management, or a similar role. • Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data accuracy skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving order-related issues. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
