We’re on the lookout for a detail-loving, spreadsheet-whispering, deadline-friendly Payroll Specialist to make sure that our colleagues across Europe + APAC are paid on time, every time. What you’ll be doing
• Process monthly payroll for US & Canada payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness • Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate and submit payroll data • Maintain accurate payroll records and support documentation for audits and compliance purposes • Respond to employee questions related to payroll & payslips in a clear and professional manner • Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations, including monthly variance analysis and internal reviews • Monitor legislative changes and coordinate with our external providers to ensure payroll remains compliant with local laws • Adhere to our team’s KPIs and SLAs • Pitching in with process improvements – we love people who say “Hey, I think this could be done simpler.” Education and Experience
• 5+ years of experience working with US & Canada payroll is required • Bi-weekly & Weekly payroll processing is an advantage • Exposure to a high transaction volume and multi-task work environment • Experience in working with global HRIS & Payroll vendor systems, Workday, CloudPay and ADP are an advantage • Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written English communication skills required • Strong analytical skills with an ability to detect inconsistencies in data • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Maintain confidential information when required by legal and ethical standards of professionalism to ensure privacy of employee records.
