About this role
prepare tests for electrical and mechanical subsystems in an AIT environmentset up test equipment, tools, and test configurationsperform hands‑on testing and monitor complex hardware during test campaignsdevelop and update test procedures and validation stepsanalyse test results and make assessments on deviations, supporting root‑cause investigationsdocument all test activities in line with project and quality standardscollaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and system engineering colleagues Eligible to the VIE contracthave a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable fieldhave initial practical experience in testing (e.g., test execution, test setups, early-stage procedures or validation)have experience in AIThave a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented testing mindsetare comfortable working both hands-on and digitally (documentation, procedure writing)are neither purely manufacturing-focused nor purely software-focused — you enjoy combining hardware proximity with systematic testinghave strong communication skills in English, German is a plus and a collaborative approach Our Three Pillars of Commitment to Sustainable Development
