About the Role As a Senior Recruiter, you'll lead hiring across multiple brands, functions, and markets, partnering closely with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor. You'll go beyond individual requisitions understanding business priorities, anticipating talent needs, and helping leaders make sharp hiring decisions. Success requires strong market knowledge, business acumen, sourcing expertise, and the agility to manage multiple brands and stakeholders while holding a high bar for talent. Based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office. Recruiting Excellence & Partnership Partner directly with hiring managers, and senior leaders across Match Group brands, shaping hiring strategies around position priorities and long-term talent needs. Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions and brands, from intake through offer and close. Continuously improve hiring processes for quality, consistency, and efficiency. Drive interview calibration and structured, competency-based evaluation. Apply AI-enabled recruiting tools thoughtfully to boost productivity and decision-making.
