Product Developer | Premium Menswear
We’re partnering with a heritage-led premium fashion brand to find a commercially driven and detail-oriented Product Developer to join their growing team.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process across core categories - with a strong focus on men's formalwear - while also supporting the expansion into new lifestyle areas.
What you’ll be doing:
Owning the full product lifecycle from concept through to bulk productionPartnering closely with Design to translate creative vision into commercially successful productDeveloping seasonal collections across mens shirting and formalwear, alongside new categoriesDriving sourcing strategies to improve cost efficiency and intake marginsBuilding strong relationships with global suppliers and millsLeading fit sessions, fabric development, and technical executionManaging sampling and ensuring critical path deadlines are metCollaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, and Supply Chain
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in product development within premium or luxury apparelBrings strong expertise in mens shirting and/or formalwear construction, fit, and fabricsHas a commercial mindset with a track record of driving margin improvementIs confident managing global sourcing and supplier relationshipsIs highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple projectsCommunicates with impact and collaborates effectively across teams
