We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Fostering Team, providing practical and therapeutic support to children in care and foster carers across the county. The successful candidate will deliver tailored support visits, run groups and activities, assist with training and manage a caseload using a relationship-based approach underpinned by PACE. You'll also have opportunities to develop your skills through PACE and Life Story Work training.
