Hours: Monday - Sunday Weekdays between 7am - 7pm Weekends between 7am - 3pm Salary: This position is full time and you will receive a salary of £29,264 to £33,510 depending on experience

Main duties of the job As our new Support Time & Recovery Worker, you will:
Be part of an extended team working across Liaison & Diversion service Liaise with a wide range of services such as the police, probation, courts and legal services as well as both inpatient and community health and social care services Be involved in the daily support of children and adults, including those from hard-to-reach communities to engage and navigate through the Criminal Justice System Support access to the full scope of identified health needs, including substance misuse (alcohol and drugs), mental and physical health, homelessness, learning disabilities, exploitation, safeguarding and social care issues It doesnt stop there we also offer:

Experience of working with service users, face to face, with a variety of health needs Relevant experience working as/within Mental Health and/or Recovery support services Excellent communication skills and ability to gain appropriate level of consent Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety Motivated as an individual and when working in a team Patient centered values and ability to promote service user involvement Our person-centred model is focused on providing meaningful pathways to anyone faced with criminal charges, as well as understanding what triggers and socio-economic circumstances might lead to people offending. We will treat individuals more holistically, focusing on the person and early intervention strategies to reduce risks and improve outcomes.
