Job summary
The Cardiac Investigation Unit (CIU) at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team.
As a CIU Admin Assistant you will be part of a forward thinking team, assisting in providing an administrative service including responding to patients and staff face to face and via telephone, answering emails and booking tests and appointments that come from internal and external referrers.
The CIU is a department that supports with diagnostic tests that aid the patient journey.

Main duties of the job
To provide an excellent administration service within the Cardiac Investigation Unit.
To deal with telephone inquiries in a polite, helpful and courteous manner whilst making sure that patient confidentiality is maintained.
To assist in the CIU administrators in managing referrals and booking of patients for investigations.
