As a Newly Qualified Nurse, you will provide effective patient care whilst working as a member of the nursing team across the Trust. You will ensure the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs. In return, you will be supported through a Preceptorship Programme where you will learn the skills and knowledge required to build your nursing career for the future.

Qualifications and training Essential
Bachelor's Degree (or within final year of study) Registered with NMC or HCPC
Clinical skills and experience Essential
Basic IT Skills. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop working relationships with others. Time management and personal organisation skills. Recent clinical experience in an acute Trust. Delivery of evidence-based practice. Demonstrates patient focused approach.
Desirable
