徵：儲備幹部 工作內容： 1.人員訓練管理(新人、OJT、訓練部課程、內部訓練課程、OP SOP動作確保) 2.人員紀律管理、人員出缺勤掌控(加班,離職,請假,排休) 3.機台調配、人機料安排、物料需求及成本管理 4.產品異常管理 5.WIP 管理(帳料相符、Hot Lot)、製程管理(SPC,ECN,TECN,SOP) 6.生產事項落實執行 工作地點：高雄路竹區/台南新市區 面試地點：苓雅運動中心(高雄市苓雅區中正一路96號)
