徵：儲備幹部 工作內容： 1.人員訓練管理(新人、OJT、訓練部課程、內部訓練課程等等)。 2.人員紀律管理、人員出缺勤掌控(加班、離職、請假、排休)。 3.機台調配、人機料安排、物料需求及成本管理。 4.WIP 管理(帳料相符、Hot Lot)及製程管理(SPC、ECN、TECN、SOP)。 5.生產事項落實執行。 工作地點：楠梓區 面試地點：苓雅運動中心(高雄市苓雅區中正一路96號)
