£24,457 – £25,503 | Hybrid – York/North Yorkshire | 3 months Fixed Term contract

About the role
We’re looking for a values-led, community-minded Learner Attraction and Partnership Coordinator who shares our belief that education should be accessible, welcoming and rooted in local communities.
Working alongside the Learner Attraction and Partnership Manager, you’ll build trusted relationships with referral partners across West Yorkshire, acting as a welcoming and knowledgeable WEA presence in the community. You’ll help people discover learning opportunities that can open doors, build confidence and support personal development—often for those who need it most.
From promoting our provision to supporting local enrolment events, your work will help remove barriers to learning and ensure our courses reach the communities they’re designed to serve.
