About this role
1. 負責晚班櫃台接待、帶位、訂位及顧客服務 2. 熟悉菜單內容並提供點餐諮詢與餐點介紹 3. 操作點餐系統及收銀設備，處理各種付款方式與結帳作業 4. 耐心回應顧客問題並妥善處理意見與客訴 5. 協助維持櫃台及用餐區整潔，確實遵守食品安全與衛生規範 6. 與外場及內場夥伴合作，維持餐廳順暢營運 7. 協助盤點物品並即時回報異常狀況 8. 配合餐廳營運流程完成主管交辦事項
